A Double Portion

When they had crossed, Elijah said to Elisha, "Tell me, what can I do for you before I am taken from you?" Let me inherit a double portion of your spirit, Elisha replied. (1Kings 2:9) That's how I feel with the Lord as I seek Him early,"Lord allow me to inherit a double portion of your spirit." Then I can fulfill the purpose you purposely gave me in the beginning, when I was created in your likeness.

 "With You Lord I can go where He wants me to go, because greater is He. The Lord is greater than the whole world and nothing is impossible for God. The world belongs to God and all the fullness within is the Lord also. And whatever is required of me to do today, I can achieve with the Lord directing my path in this new day."

Lord, send me a double portion of your Spirit into my heart and within my life. With You Lord I will be able to do all things through You that gives me strength, "Greater are You Lord!"

Already Forgiven

"For God so loved the world He gave His Son that whosoever believes in Him shall have everlasting life. Jesus bared our sins on the cross that we may be saved through Him. The bible says: that He was oppressed and afflicted, yet He open not His mouth. He was led as a lamb to the slaughter and as a sheep before is silent, so He opened not His mouth." (Isaiah 53:7)

Isaiah said, "He will not quarrel nor cry out and not anyone will hear His voice in the streets. A bruised reed He will not break; smoking flax He will not quench till He sends forth justice to victory. And in His name Gentiles will trust. (Isaiah 12:19-21) Jesus died for our sins, and as He was led to the cross He never said a mumbling word. The Lord proved His love for us when He voluntarily paid the price for our sins."

Even when Jesus was being crucified He said, "Father forgive them for they do not know what they do. And they divided His garments and cast lots. (Luke 22:34) The Lord loves us dearly that He gave Himself that we may live eternally. We Have already forgiven by the Lord of lords, Rejoice in Him!"

Blessings in Serving Ohers

Is anyone among you sufferings? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. James 5:13-16

"What are you doing to help others that God may be glorified? Only what we do for God will last eternally. The bible says, heaven and earth will pass but God is forever. Continue to abide in Him and He will abide in you; God will direct your path that was purposely given to each individual that was created. We were all created to serve others, because we're made in God's own image."

"God allowed His Son to walk on the earth over two thousands years ago for the purpose of serving others. Jesus healed the sick and He raised the dead, with love He served people of different backgrounds and cultures.Today, we're able to reap God's abundant blessings because of Jesus ultimately sacrifice."

"The bible says in: Mark10:45 For even the Son of Man did not come to be saved, but to serve and to give His life a ransom for many. For God loves us unconditionally that He gave His Son that whomever believes in Him shall have eternal life."It's certainly a blessings in giving, or serving others with a sincere heart and God will give you your just award.

Jesus Saves

For God so loved the world He gave His only Son that whosoever believes in Him shall have everlasting life. (John 3:16) Jesus was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him and by His stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5) God's mission to save sinners has been completed, when He gave His only Son that we may live eternally.

 "Jesus paid the ultimately price, when He was crucified for our sins. I call this unconditional love, when the Lord looked beyond our faults and has supplied our needs. God's creation needed to be saved, many were perishing; sin circulating rapidly throughout the universe. Then God decided to send His Son to literally die for our sins that we may live eternally. Before then we had no other way that we could be saved, until Jesus came forth.

"The bible says, in the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God and the Word was God. By this, we know that God had a plan for our salvation. It was only a matter of time when His plan would manifested for our good. God continues to work out situations in our lives for the good when we seek and love Him with a sincere heart. Nothing has changed Jesus still saves, if you believe in Him you shall be saved."

Already Here

There are many people predicting, seeking; wondering when will the kingdom of God appear. The Pharisees in the bible asked Jesus, when will the kingdom of God would come. Jesus told them that the kingdom of God does not come with observation; "nor will they say 'See here! or 'See there!' For the kingdom of God is within you." Luke 17:20 & 21 If you have accepted Christ with boldness you're able to say: The Lord is already here!

Those that has accepted Jesus into their hearts, the kingdom of God is within you. When you abide in Christ He will also abide in you, together," you and Christ are One. His Image began to overshadow our lives, the Lord is greater!" Then fear begins to vanish, because God is within, He is greater than all our fears. God is able to wipe away our tears and lead us in the path of His righteousness for His name sake. We are better than blessed with the kingdom of God residing within our hearts and souls.

 With God we can love everyone, even our enemies, nothing is impossible for God within us. God will help us with situations that seem impossible in the natural when we abide in Him. With the Lord we are able to do all things through Christ that gives us strength. Knowing that God is the Source of our faith. Greater is He that is in you than He that is in the world.

 We may speak boldly, that the glory of the Lord is already here! Greater is He that is in you! God is Greater than the greatest of them all! Allow Him to take a stand within you, He want let you fall! Have no fear believers, the Savior, our Comforter; our Lord is already here!

Already Done

When I think of sacrifice Jesus comes to my mine. For God so loved the world He gave His only Son that whosoever believes in Him shall have everlasting life. That whosoever can be me or either yourself, it doesn't matter who you are. If you believed that Jesus gave up His life and arose on the third day for you, the bible says we shall be saved. And the the glory of the Lord begins to manifest within, when we accept  Jesus Christ in our hearts. Then Jesus begins to live in us; He walks and talks with us in the spirit realm.

God already knew that His Son would give up His life for our sins. That's why the bible says: God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. Are you glad that God sent His only Son, Jesus, to die for your sins? We have the opportunity to accept Jesus as our Savior, we may even reject Him. But one day, every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess to God. That He is Lord of lords and King of kings. (Romans 14:10) The earth belong to God and all the fullness thereof is the Lord. There is no way we can get pass the Creator.

If you haven't accepted Jesus as your personal Savior, time is now. God is not pleased with the wickedness in the world, the bible says:" that He hates sin and soon the wicked shall be cut off." But to all that abides in Christ, He will also abide in them. "If you possess a stony heart, God is able to fix stony hearts." Just ask the Lord to forgive you of your sins and come into your heart. Your life will never be the same, because the Lord will reside in you, 'greater is He that is within you than he that is in the world.'

Thank You Lord for 'giving up' your life for our sins that we may live eternally.  I'm also thankful that you 'got up' with all power in heaven and on earth in your hands. The Lord's sacrifice wasn't in vain, He has given us the opportunity to live eternally with Him.

His Name is Jesus

He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive. Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God. Children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God.     John1:10-14

The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. Do you know the Man from Galilee that died for your sins? They crucified my Savior, nailed him to the cross and he was placed in a borrowed tomb. But the grave couldn't attain him, for Jesus arose with all power in His hands.

Have you accepted Jesus into your heart? If you believe that the Lord died for your sins and arose, you may ask him to come into your heart. First, ask him to forgive you of your sins, he will, because he loves you. The bible says: For God loves the world he gave his only Son that whomever believes shall have everlasting life. Again, do you know the Man that gave His life that you may live eternally?

Where is Your Trust

There is hope through God the Creator of the world. He gave us hope literally, when he gave his only Son that we may live eternally. In Jesus, eternity freely resides in all that are willingly to receive. Are you embracing eternal life? If you believe Jesus died for your sins and arose on the third day we may live eternally with him. Really it's our choice whether we would like to spend our eternity.

God has given us a chance to trust him in all that we do. Many times we get caught up in temporary things or situations that cause us to trust the temporary. But God is forever, even until the end of the earth God will still exist. Do you trust God in your life? The one that gave us a beginning in the first place, with a divine purpose included. In all things God want us to trust Him that His glory may be revealed in us. I can truly say, 'Lord I trust You!'

Through the good times and not so good times, Lord you are there! Personally, God has given me several reasons to trust him. That it would take me almost a life time to name them all. But I'm grateful that God gave his only Son that I may live eternally. And in all things, Lord I trust you. Even though some situations I don't fully understand, I trust you Lord. With the Lord, I am able to lean not to my own understandings, but lean, and depend on him.

For great is the Lord and most
          worthy of praise;
He is to be feared above all gods.
For all the gods of the nation are idols,
    but the Lord made the heafvens.
Splendor and majesty are before Him;
    strength and glory are in His
         sanctuary.

          Psalm 96:4-6

There is Hope

Oh, love the Lord, all you saints!
For the Lord preserves the faithful,
And fully repays the proud person,
Be of good courage,
And He shall strengthen your heart,
All you who hope in the Lord.

       Psalm 31:23&24

Our soul waits for the Lord;
He is our help and our shield.
For our heart shall rejoice in Him,
Because we have trusted in His holy name.
Let Your mercy, O Lord, be
   upon us.
Just as we hope in You.

      Psalm 33:20-22

Prepare the Way

The Lord is coming back just like He said He would. Will you be ready when God return? Have you invited Jesus into your heart? If you believe Jesus died for your sins and arose on the third day, you may ask the Lord to come into your hearts. Just ask the Lord to forgive you of your sins, come into your hearts and He will gladly 'show up'. For God so loved the world, He gave His first love, Jesus. Today, we have a chance to prepare the way for the coming of the Lord.

A voice of one calling;
"In the desert prepare
  the way for the Lord;
make straight in the wilderness
  a highway for our God.
Every valley shall be raised up,
  every mountain and hill made low;
the rough ground shall become level,
  the rugged places made plain.
And the glory of the Lord will be
        revealed,
  and all mankind together will see it.
For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.
              Psalm 40:3-5

God's Anointed Ones

Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed; He answers him from the holy heaven with the saving power of His right hand. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. They are brought to their knees and fall, but we will rise up and stand firm.
                                     Psalm 20:7&8

As children of God, we are assured that the Lord is our shepherd and we shall not want. And even though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, 'God is with us!' He's protecting us with His rod and staff. God has said, I want leave you comfortless; I will be with you until the end of the earth. God loves everyone, but the anointed ones has been set a part from all others, God has established a special bond with them.

All of God's children are covered by the blood of Jesus and the world can't do them any harm. Many weapons will be formed, but they want prosper, for you are covered under the blood of Jesus. God is saying today, "touch not my anointed ones and do them no harm.

Unfailing Word

We were created to lift up the name of Jesus; to give Him all the glory. We owe Him the glory and the praise that is due to His name. God has wonderfully made us in the image of Himself, we're a part of God's image. In the beginning God created us in the likeness of Himself; to be like Him. But some have decided to walk away from their image, that was formed by God. When we walk away from God's our image, His word becomes invisible to our souls. But still God is merciful and remain faithful to all that He has made.

God has given us another opportunity to embrace Him and glorify His precious name. Today we may enter before God with thankfulness in our hearts and a song in our spirit. Let us glorify the Lord of lords and the King of kings, because Jesus lives. How do I know Jesus lives? Because He said, "He will never leave me nor forsake me. And I'm thankful that God has given me a chance to invite Him into my heart. The Lord's mercy will endure forever and His glory is everlasting.

The bible says, heaven and earth will pass, but God is forever. When God is forever, that also includes the word of God. In the beginning was the Word and the word was with God and the word was God. (John1:1) Without the word of God we wouldn't exist, for when God spoke His creations appeared. There is power in God's everlasting word! Let us stand on the promises of God's for His word will never fail. That's enough to give God glory, that is due to His name for the unfailing word!

Saved by Grace

We have been saved by the grace of God through Jesus Christ. God gave His only Son that whoever believes in Him shall be saved. The bible says, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved). It is nothing we've done to earn grace from the Most High. God's grace is freely given and freely received to all that accepts Jesus, the only begotten Son.

In Ephesians 2:8 It says, by grace you have been saved through faith, and not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone shall boast. Like I said earlier. there is no way we can earn grace, it's free! Further in Ephesians 2:10 It tells us that we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. So when we accept God's grace, we are then able to receive God's glory. That we may be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel.

It was only by the grace of God we're here today, in the beginning of a new year. I am so glad God gave His Son that we may be saved by His saving grace, and live eternally with the Lord. Will you receive God's saving grace, it's free?
