God Knows His Own

1John 4:6-8 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he who is not of God heareth us not. By this we know the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error. Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is begotten of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

Mercy

Peace

God gives peace that surpasses all men understanding. His peace is definitely not as the world gives. God's peace is eternal! No one can take away the peace that God delivers.

Child of God vs. Child of Satan

1JOHN 3:7-10 Dear children, don’t let anyone deceive you about this: When people do what is right, it shows that they are righteous, even as Christ is righteous. But when people keep on sinning, it shows that they belong to the devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil. Those who have been born into God’s family do not make a practice of sinning, because God’s life is in them. So they can’t keep on sinning, because they are children of God. So now we can tell who are children of God and who are children of the devil. Anyone who does not live righteously and does not love other believers does not belong to God.

The Power of Prayer

JAMES 5.13-16 Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.

Give a Helping Hand

We should help others in need instead of ignoring them. We must remember that  we didn't get this far in life on our own, we had help! Jesus told the disciples before He ascended into heaven that the poor you will have always.

Are you sympathetic to the need of the poor or do you ignore them?
The bible says in: PROVERBS 21:13 Those who shut their ears to the cries of the poor will be ignored in their own time of need.

Life in the Spirit

ROMANS 8:1-4 So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death. The law of Moses was unable to save us because of the weakness of our sinful nature. So God did what the law could not do. He sent his own Son in a body like the bodies we sinners have. And in that body God declared an end to sin’s control over us by giving his Son as a sacrifice for our sins. He did this so that the just requirement of the law would be fully satisfied for us, who no longer follow our sinful nature but instead follow the Spirit.

My Prayer for You

ROMANS 15.13 I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Born Again

JOHN3.5-8 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except one be born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God! That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born anew. The wind bloweth where it will, and thou hearest the voice thereof, but knowest not whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Will You Be Ready

1THESSALONIANS 4.15-18 We tell you this directly from the Lord: We who are still living when the Lord returns will not meet him ahead of those who have died. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, the believers who have died will rise from their graves. Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever. So encourage each other with these words.

In the Last Days

2 TIMOTHY 3.1-5 You should know this, Timothy, that in the last days there will be very difficult times. For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control. They will be cruel and hate what is good. They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that!

Do you Believe?

ROMANS 3.23-28 For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Yet God freely and graciously declares that we are righteous. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins. For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin. People are made right with God when they believe that Jesus sacrificed his life, shedding his blood. This sacrifice shows that God was being fair when he held back and did not punish those who sinned in times past, for he was looking ahead and including them in what he would do in this present time. God did this to demonstrate his righteousness, for he himself is fair and just, and he declares sinners to be right in his sight when they believe in Jesus.

Walk in the Light

EPHESIEAN 5.6-13 Let no man deceive you with empty words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the sons of disobedience. Be not ye therefore partakers with them; For ye were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord: walk as children of light (for the fruit of the light is in all goodness and righteousness and truth), proving what is well-pleasing unto the Lord; and have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them; for the things which are done by them in secret it is a shame even to speak of. But all things when they are reproved are made manifest by the light: for everything that is made manifest is light.

Jesus is my Rock

PSALM 18.1-6 I love thee, O Jehovah, my strength. Jehovah is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; My God, my rock, in whom I will take refuge; My shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower. I will call upon Jehovah, who is worthy to be praised: So shall I be saved from mine enemies.

I can truly say that the Lord is my rock and He's my shield. In times of trouble He has covered me with His wings. In times of sorrow He's has comfort me with His love. I will praise my God for He is worthy!!!

Have you suffered as a Christian?

1PETER 4.16 If a man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God in this name. For the time is come for judgment to begin at the house of God: and if it begin first at us, what shall be the end of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous is scarcely saved, where shall the ungodly and sinner appear? Wherefore let them also that suffer according to the will of God commit their souls in well-doing unto a faithful Creator.

Humble Yourself before the Lord

JAMES 1:19-21 Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. Human anger does not produce the righteousness God desires. So get rid of all the filth and evil in your lives, and humbly accept the word God has planted in your hearts, for it has the power to save your souls.

Do Good to Everyone

1THESS. 5.15-18 See that no one pays back evil for evil, but always try to do good to each other and to all people. Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.

God Created Woman

GENESIS 2.21-23 So the lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep. While the man slept, the lord God took out one of the man’s ribs and closed up the opening. Then the lord God made a woman from the rib, and he brought her to the man. “At last!” the man exclaimed. “This one is bone from my bone, and flesh from my flesh! She will be called ‘woman,’ because she was taken from ‘man.’”

Abraham stayed Faithful

ROMAN 4.20-24 Abraham never wavered in believing God’s promise. In fact, his faith grew stronger, and in this he brought glory to God. He was fully convinced that God is able to do whatever he promises. And because of Abraham’s faith, God counted him as righteous. And when God counted him as righteous, it wasn’t just for Abraham’s benefit. It was recorded for our benefit, too, assuring us that God will also count us as righteous if we believe in him, the one who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead.

Holy Spirit

EPHESIANS 1.14 The Spirit is God’s guarantee that he will give us the inheritance he promised and that he has purchased us to be his own people. He did this so we would praise and glorify him.

Jesus is Coming Back

Behold, he cometh with the clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they that pierced him; and all the tribes of the earth shall mourn over him. Even so, Amen. The Lord is coming back just like He said...Will you be ready when He comes? Some may want to know how can I be ready? The word of God says: "If we would draw near to Him, God would draw near to us." We must continue to diligently seek God with all our hearts, souls and minds. When we stay close to GOD He will definitely stay close to us.

The bible says: Seek God first and His kingdom shall be added unto you. Seeking God first comes with a great award that the world can never give. It is eternal life that God promises to all that abides in Him eternally. For God so loved the world that He said whomever believes that Jesus died for our sins, then arose with all power shall receive eternal life.

Living by the Spirit

GALATIANS 5.16-18 So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves. The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, so you are not free to carry out your good intentions. But when you are directed by the Spirit, you are not under obligation to the law of Moses.

This is a new day that the Lord has made, we can rejoice and be glad. God didn't have to allow us to see this new day, but I'm so glad He did. God loves us so dearly that He has allowed us to breathe again.

Do you know Him?

Jesus was speaking in public, and they say nothing to him. Could our leaders possibly believe that he is the Messiah? But how could he be? For we know where this man comes from. When the Messiah comes, he will simply appear; no one will know where he comes from.”

While Jesus was teaching in the Temple, he called out, “Yes, you know me, and you know where I come from. But I’m not here on my own. The one who sent me is true, and you don’t know him. But I know him because I come from him, and he sent me to you.”

My Help is in the Lord

Where does your help comes from?
All my help resides in the Lord, the One that created the heavens and earth. My Lord has assured me that He would never leave nor forsake me. I'm so glad all my help comes from the Lord.

Let Your Light Shine

COLOSSIANS 3:1-5 Since you have been raised to new life with Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven, where Christ sits in the place of honor at God’s right hand. Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth. For you died to this life, and your real life is hidden with Christ in God. And when Christ, who is your life, is revealed to the whole world, you will share in all his glory.

Jesus is Coming Back

Thr Lord is coming back for His children just like He said He would. For those that hasn't accept Jesus as their personal Savior still have a chance to receive the Lord in their hearts. But rather we receive Jesus or not He's still coming back. Will you be ready when He come?

God is Everlasting

ISAIAH 40:28-31.ESV Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

Jesus Lives

Embrace God's Word

God is Forever Faithful

Understand, therefore, that the Lord your God is indeed God. He is the faithful God who keeps his covenant for a thousand generations and lavishes his unfailing love on those who love him and obey his commands.

God is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. His love and promises hasn't change for His people. Continue to embrace His unconditional love that is able to keep you right now and in the future to come.

Wait on God

God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.

God said when we wait on Him, that He would renew our strength. He didn't say it would always be easy, but He promised us that He would never leave us. That means even in our trying times God is with us.

Christ the High Priest

JHEBREW 9:11 & 12 NLT So Christ has now become the High Priest over all the good things that have come. He has entered that greater, more perfect Tabernacle in heaven, which was not made by human hands and is not part of this created world. With his own blood—not the blood of goats and calves—he entered the Most Holy Place once for all time and secured our redemption forever.

When I accepted Jesus as my Savior He became alive in my life and I'm so glad He still lives. Certainly I'm able to face tomorrow because my Lord still lives. Thank You God for Jesus!

Walk by Faith

PSALM 119.90 & 91 NLT Your faithfulness extends to every generation, as enduring as the earth you created. Your regulations remain true to this day, for everything serves your plans.

Today is the day the Lord has made and you can rejoice in His faithfulness. Embrace God's love, peace and joy in your hearts. Seek the plan that God has for your life in faith that was purposely designed for you. 

Seek the Lord

PSALM 84:11.NLT For the lord God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The lord will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right.

Embrace God's grace and glory in your hearts that His righteousness may cover you. God delights in blessing all those that deligently seek Him. When we allow God's grace, His glory is then revealed magnificently in our lives.

Jesus is the Light

JOHN 1:6-13.NLT God sent a man, John the Baptist, to tell about the light so that everyone might believe because of his testimony. John himself was not the light; he was simply a witness to tell about the light. The one who is the true light, who gives light to everyone, was coming into the world. He came into the very world he created, but the world didn’t recognize him. He came to his own people, and even they rejected him. But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God.

Let us Pray

Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.          
           Ephesians 6:18 NLT

We should pray without ceasing for ourselves and others. Pray for those that are sick, whether it's spiritually, physically or mentally everywhere, especially for all the believers of Christ.

God Has a Plan

Godly Training is Beneficial

Do not waste time arguing over godless ideas and old wives’ tales. Instead, train yourself to be godly. “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.'

Are You a Child of God?

1John 5.18.NLT We know that God’s children do not make a practice of sinning, for God’s Son holds them securely, and the evil one cannot touch them. We know that we are children of God and that the world around us is under the control of the evil one.

The bible tells us that when God calls, His sheep hears His voice. In other word, God's children obeys their Heavenly Father because they know that He has their best interest at heart and most of all His love is unconditional.
